Hey all,
I won't be checking anything in today. You should have completed research on the NPDD test microbes. Today we will cut assay discs, soak them in the extracts and position the discs on lawns of microbes. The yeast was growing strong when I left on Friday, the E. coli??? I'm a little concerned the lawns may not have enough time to grow today before class.
Bring printouts of the lab procedures for NPDD day 1 & 2.
